Shipping and Return Policy
Mismatch offers complimentary domestic US ground shipping on all orders.
US customers may elect to upgrade their order to 1 or 2 day shipping for an additional fee. Please refer to our shipping options at checkout for details regarding your delivery.
If an item you ordered is on backorder, you will receive an email notifying you. Posted shipping dates are estimates and backorders may be shipped up to 2 weeks before or after the posted date. Backorders are charged when placed but may be canceled at any time prior to shipping for a full refund.

Please allow 1 week from receipt of your return for the refund to be applied to your credit card.
To exchange your return for another item, please go through our return process for a refund. You may then purchase the item of your choice at your convenience.
